Cassie J asked:

I just purchased a home 1 weeks ago. To make a short history, my sheet listing indicated that the home had water and public sewer. Some days we began to notice that inside toilets not cleaned with a water jet. Sat an alarm goes off in the laundry room. Was for a septic system. We went for three and a half days without toilet, water etc work. It was never disclosed that the home was in a septic system. Needless to say, we had to spend $ 500 today just to get it to work, use the facilities. It 's going to cost a total of $ 3,000 to fix. We lied a. the seller knew that he was septic. I have a document that he began writing in the closing days of this he did with all our utilities. One of the names was for a system of aeration. That were new home owners think that the word meant sanitation services garbage. We went to our real estate agent and we were bascially said it felt. I would never have purchased this home if I knew it didn 't have public sewer. What do I do?

She said very well, but I'm still worried for him … it was unreasonable that I
