Does anyone know anything about the Infant Swimming Resource technique of teaching children to survive in H2O?

I saw the amazing video of a baby who fell into a pool and he could swim to the surface and flip your rear and the float for minutes until we rescued. I am 7 months old who loves water and is starting to float and to use your body to move in the water, but this video was really amazing. Unfortunately there are no instructors to 200 miles from my home. Does anyone know anything about it or have a video showing the techniques to teach. This is really important to me because we are building a pool. Of course it will be closed and we are planning on having an alarm system, but you can never be too careful.
