Toshiba laptops and Vista Low battery alarm?

Hello everyone! I have 2 Toshiba laptops: P100-MA2-A100 and VA9. Both are working with the home edition of Vista. Why not make NINGUÌ? N low sound of the battery even if everything is fixed in Vista correctly. My wife has a newer and A200series that provides audible beeps on low battery works. I checked the bios and A200 is a fit that you can allow the system to deliver a short, sharp sound when the battery runs low. This BIOS feature is available on the P100 or A100. Is there a fix for this? it 's done pretty lame when you refuse to face their laptop for a bit and it does not' beep. just shows a little msg on the screen to 'plug in' … of course, the result is. once the battery runs out, the system just shut down without notice. HELP!

Should I do a system restore on my laptop before selling it?
