Exhaust for Kitchen?

My new home in the city is almost ready and doscovered my system doesnot have homemade extractor vent from the kitchen that can throw the air from the kitchen of the building. Not in the model also so I can not ask the builder to add it (my fault I did not notice at first). My family love to cook much. Cooked in Asian style. Now I'm worried about getting Stinky quarts and getting the fire alarm panic every time the oil is heated in the pan and wall and ceiling getting covered with oil vapor. What is the solution. I think that the chapels of the extractor only circulating air into the grease traps and kitachen steam. . End unit, Gas Range The builder has already dried masonry structure The base is concrete
