I just purchased a home 1 weeks ago. To make a short history, my sheet listing indicated that the home had water and public sewer. Some days we began to notice that inside toilets not cleaned with a water jet. Sat an alarm goes off in the laundry room. Was for a septic system. We went for three and a half days without toilet, water etc work. It was never disclosed that the home was in a septic system. Needless to say, we had to spend $ 500 today just to get it to work, use the facilities. It 's going to cost a total of $ 3,000 to fix. We lied a. the seller knew that he was septic. I have a document that he began writing in the closing days of this he did with all our utilities. One of the names was for a system of aeration. That were new home owners think that the word meant sanitation services garbage. We went to our real estate agent and we were bascially said it felt. I would never have purchased this home if I knew it didn 't have public sewer. What do I do?

I saw the amazing video of a baby who fell into a pool and he could swim to the surface and flip your rear and the float for minutes until we rescued. I am 7 months old who loves water and is starting to float and to use your body to move in the water, but this video was really amazing. Unfortunately there are no instructors to 200 miles from my home. Does anyone know anything about it or have a video showing the techniques to teach. This is really important to me because we are building a pool. Of course it will be closed and we are planning on having an alarm system, but you can never be too careful. Watch this video if you 've never heard of this. His incredible http://www.childdrowningprevention.com/index.html

I am trying to install high speed internet on my PC, but it has trouble. I have DSL filters on all my phone lines which have a connected phone with them, I have a filter of the DSL on my alarm system, but my DSL connection is still not connecting. I have gone through the installation cd and I have everything hooked up correctly. During the installation of the check post, everything works but when I get to check the DSL connection fails. ¿Thoughts on what should I look for?

Well, I 'm in need of additional motion sensors to my house and outsourced security company that installed my alarm is quoting a ridiculous price of $ 120 per sensor. Well I can get the sensors online for $ 50 each to build. The thing is, they do not even ensure the sensors pass through them for installation. Sensors are installed and I have to call ADT monitor to tell me that the new sensors were added. My question is I have to show that I 'm an installer and gives some kind of special code when you call ADT saying that the new areas added or indicate where in the company I work for an installer or if it could just tell the areas with out any question? PS: I'm under contract with ADT for 3 years, but the system is mine. Thanks Thanks for the reply. These movements are wireless and have the installer 's and I can schedule them. I have the panel of Ademco Lynx. Your saying I can just do so and does not notify ADT? I thought that if an alarm came in to them showed that area was fired. Wouldn 't get some kind of unknown signal if one of the movements that had triggered an alarm installed? Thanks authorization hmmm I see. What if I put my system in indifference and program and install the sensors. I have the code and manuals for programming. ¿ADT gives me a challenge and perhaps making some sort of lawsuit? MI system and is the only contract I have with them is to supervise the system is mine I can do what every I like him. cuaesquiera ideas, thanks for the reply =)
